As Founder of Wayde AI, I work at the intersection of human behavior, organizational change, and AI strategy. I partner with leaders and organizations to build AI literacy, align strategy, and implement AI in ways that reduce risk, strengthen governance, and deliver measurable value.

My background combines a doctorate in Clinical and Cognitive Psychology from the University of Alabama, a master's in Information Systems from Wright State University, and advanced AI training through MIT Sloan School of Management and Microsoft. I have led analytics, technology, and transformation initiatives within high-stakes environments, including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

I am a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Medical College of Wisconsin, a subject matter expert on the American Board of Professional Psychology AI Task Force, and host of Beyond the Couch: AI in Psychology.
